If you’re hosting a birthday party, consider setting up an instant photo book station. Your guests will get a kick out of it which immediately lightens up the mood, and the guest of honor will be thrilled to have a memento to take home from the party. I have a Polaroid camera, so I used this idea for our wedding guest book and ordered the album from Adesso Albums (since Polaroids are a dying breed, it looks like they now offer Fujifilm Instax versions too). Our guests took pictures in groups and we left a variety of pens so they could write personal notes next to their pictures. The book now lives on our coffee table and I still love looking through it. To add to the fun of a birthday party, set out some props for people that match the theme (if there is one) or just plain silly things like top hats, mustaches, boas, sunglasses etc.
Such a great idea! I thought about you today b/c I went to Papyrus and saw a tin of Birthday stickers in really bright colors. They were adorable!

Adorable! I did that a few years back for my best friend's bridal shower! I think we used a mini-polaroid? Super cute & fun!
